Bodega Septien Boticario de Silos Rosado en Barrica 2021, Arlanza, Spain

Copper in color with an orange hue.

Red fruits with citrus notes on the nose.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with strawberries, sweet raspberries, fresh cherries, spices, light oak, citrus, over ripen red apples, minerals and white pepper.

This 4 year old Rosé from Arlanza, Spain feels very young and fresh. Nicely balanced and elegant. A very unique and interesting wine.

Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolves.

Good right out of the bottle and better with some air time. Good by itself or with food.

A blend of 70% red grapes and 30% white grapes. A field blend that includes Tempranillo, Mencia, Garnacha, Albillo, Viura and other local varieties. Aged in used French oak barrels for 11 months.

A tiny production of only 105 bottles.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.
