First glass is fresh, driven by acidity, toast and orchard fruit. After some the acidity fades and gives way to creamy notes, caramel, hazelnut and honey. It also gave me a note of Werther’s Original candy. On the other hand the Chardonnay provides plenty of mineral and chalky notes.
