Nice value for the easy drinking Merlot, Cab & Sangiovese blend, two-thirds of wine aged 12 months in French oak. Deep Ruby with fresh red berry aromas and some herb spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum, cacao and licorice. Fine firm, slightly drying tannins, medium finish, good balance with acidity, ending with tobacco and oak on the finish.

$15 Tuscan red blend - really good, nice wine to pair with a meal. Opened up nicely after 45-60 mins. Would buy again. Good tannins, great fruit character, mostly dry finish.
