
Afternoon tapas with a Bulgarian Chardonnay. Very nice lemon custard, pear, and white peach aromas, rich complexity from wild yeast fermentation and sur lie aging in neutral vats. Smooth creamy long finish with a bit of a citrus aftertaste. Who knew Bulgarian wine could be this pleasant.
