Moriz Südtirol Alto Adige Pinot Bianco

Alpine wines in general & whites in particular just vibrate at a different level for me. Where Pinot blanc is more plain Jane elsewhere here it’s distinctive: mildly waxy yellow fruits, lemon curd, decent acidity. Great color too, like shimmery cadmium light yellow.
