Fantastic. Still incredibly youthful, 2015 Chaumées is showing fabulously, rich, vibrant and textural with classic morey matchstick-lemon cream aromatics, a layered palate with racy acids and excellent length. Love these wines.

Dec 14th, 2025Another ‘15 white burg that has really come together! Love the typicity and style of the Morey family. Rich, mineral, matchstick-lemon custard goodness. With time in the decanter it really fills out adding weight and intensity. A terrific ‘15. I wonder if the warm 18’s will ever get to the same place.
