Los Lingues Vineyard Carménère

Dusty cellar nose.

This is a big and unique wine, with lovely jabs of cacao, green pepper, oil cured olives, cassis.
Delicious tannin and acidity, long and hefty.
A great wine, and a still undervalued grape.

Had with dinner. Very smooth and I liked it a lot. At Bistro 501 in Lafayette IN.
