Wow. Caramel wafting..

For a 10 year old Carmenere, this wine is insanely good.
Taken next to some fossils, the picture represent longevity.
Medium bodied with blackberry, cherry, and some citrus. All to be bombed by a lovely heap of green pepper. Lingering tannins with tropical acidity.
