Ruby red, dense, highly extracted pigment. Prune and black licorice notes in nose. Raspberry, menthol-mint and cola flavors initially. After 30 minutes, heavy skin astringency emerges. Decant for two hours. Cherry, plum, soy flavors emerge later.
