Light nose of limes, green apples, white flowers, grass and white pepper.
Medium plus in body and crisp, with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with lemons, pears, citrus, green apples, herbs and almonds.
Short finish with bitterness and spiciness.
Drinkable and balanced, but nothing special. Simple, but non offensive and would pair with almost anything, including spicy foods.
A bit bitter for me, but paired nicely with goat cheese and tomatoes.

Nice crisp Pinot Grigio. Best chilled, and I like it with cheesy Italian food or spicy Chinese food.
