Disgorgement date April 2016. Like drinking stars... bright, light, ethereal... imagine grand cru burgundy with the tiniest pinprick bubbles gushing flavors of ripe pear and green apple... a true bargain if you can find it...absolute elegance and weightless brilliance.

100% Pinot Blanc disgorged April 2016. Elixir of the Angels! Clear, bold, focused...elegance, balance and grace personified with quiet power of ripe orchard fruits. The flavor appears tsunami-like... then “poof”..it’s gone leaving you with a memory that needs another sip of reinforcement. Almost a religious experience.
