First of all- the listed 15% abv is completely hidden. Mostly ripe Garnacha with bits of Carinena, Syrah & some younger vibe Cab add structural & aromatic nuance. The complexity doesn't equal the freshness & mouthfeel here as it simply glides across the palate. Priorat's first winery & a monastic one at that. The ladder to God indeed.

First time priorat, nice structure, lots of aging potential. Good stuff, quite subtile.

Really like this. Not just because it is the 3rd wine we had. Full bodied. Lots of ripe fruit. Great with the steak
