Never even seen it on a list, last bottle in the place at Noble Rot. Love Chavost champagne, going against the current austere vogue with some fun and tasty stuff; this is from the same stable, huge acid hit up front, lengthening out into a delicious biscuity finish. Still champagne for the win.
