Normal aged bordeaux character but should drink earlier

Ahhhh, Bordeaux. When the fruit begins to develop the dried black berries and currants, when baking spices, dusty earth, and cedar permeate the room, you know that A classic Bordeaux is present. At peak, I'm motivated to seek out some 2012's to enjoy in 2025.

Barely any sediment. Slightly over ripened blackberry.

Beautifully aged, smooth, elegant but still lively. Leather and spice, blackberries and violets.
