👃 Barnyardy (especially when just opened), earthy, some hints of black fruits (but not much)
👅 Austere, intense, serious. Earthy, mushroom, spicy black pepper. Medium plus body. Medium plus acidity. Long finish.
✍️️ It's a privilege to taste such a complex and concentrated wine. Never thought Pinot can look or taste like this.
