Sauternes Sémillon Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Aromatic botrytis notes of Apricot. Rich and unctuous on the palate and obviously quite sweet but redeemed with a refreshing acid cut. Will have a long life.

Sweet well balanced !

vanilla/baking spices on the nose, banana/ripe peach in the mouth, raisins/dates on the finish. paired well with sheena’s strawberry pretzel pie.

A little Sauternes and foie to start off Christmas dinner...I like this holiday! The wine was good—light, youthful, pineapple, honeysuckle, orange cream.

Drank 10/19/17. Tasting pour.

Nose of honeyed apricots, with strong botrytis character. Flavors of peach and pineapple, coated in honey, perhaps lacking some of the concentration and viscosity of the 11 or even the 14.

Ripe pineapple and peach at the start. The pineapple fades to the candied peach and mango. Medium finish of returning pineapple and ver ripe raisin.

Beautiful mouthful of peach, 2013 vintage. Sauternes Grand cru classé en 1855.

Delightfully sweet. Honey, vanilla, some lingering lemon. Excellent dessert wine
