Was slight shy when it was first opened. After 8 mins in glass. Aromas of layers tobacco, spice and marinated plums in brandy. Very good drinking now.

This Du Tertre 2002 is just fine now, meaty and structured. Still young and a great middle pallet. Long smooth finish. Surprisingly good.
