30 minutes open in the bottle, but could use more. Amazing nose filled with dirt, tar, and dark cherry. High quality wine composed of smoke and an abundance of fruit, although a little tartness earlier on. Finish is on the shorter side. I am absolutely in love with these ‘04 and ‘05 Bordeaux’s in the £50 to £70 range!!
