Black baked cherry, Connecticut tobacco, cedar chest, spruce, licorice. Dried violet palate, bay leaf, espresso, cocoa nib, lavender, buckwheat, chewy, with a metallic, oceanic depth. Really well built machine. Take her for a spin!

Dark rubi robe, nose of Cedarwood, plums, dark berries, and a touch of baked spices. Very fresh and balanced, mature tannins that softened over 25 years. Wine is medium bodied with good length and ready to drink but no rush at all. One of the finest rive gauche wines we know and thats an excellent vintage.

A few years past prime and from an okay vintage, but still quite lovely. I’ve missed my French Bordeaux’s these past few weeks! Wine was decanted for 45+ minutes. Dark red color. Nose of stewed meat and licorice. Wine has meaty flavors with some rust and earth. Medium minus finish that was a tad bit tart. Definitely thinner than hoping for in its advanced age. I have the ‘02 and ‘03 on the drink soon list.
