May 16th, 2017Very dark, almost black on the eye with dark purple rim variation, medium+ viscosity. Nose sees cooked, ripe red fruits, vanilla, sweet tobacco, rotting hay. Palette sees lots of tannins, medium acid, wet dirt, cherries. Very enjoyable Boudreaux blend.

Aromas of dark fruit, black currant, leather, touch of smoke. On the palette dark plums, cherries. Nice tannins. Let it open up.

Opulent nose of cedar, plum, vanilla, and leather, with spices, chocolate, alcohol emerged from the palate. Lively, chewy tannins. Complex and layered, but a bit lean. Love it.
