Medium bodied with sediment, this wine had a complexity of different distinct flavors and aromas. Cedar, black cherry, cocoa, cranberries, and some pepper among others. Medium to high tannins, with sediment after 8 years it could continue to lay down for years. Well balanced and very smooth with a finish that lingers.

Apr 13th, 2026Medium to full bodied with nicely balanced tannins and acid, this wine was very drinkable but still young and could be held for many more years. More sediment than I expected with flavors of cherries, mocha, and eucalyptus.
