Lovely complex nose and black earth and gravel elements. Palate is light to medium. Short to moderate finish. Nose is best part.

A very pleasant surprise, drinking at peak, offering ripe black currant, cedar, cigar box and roasted coffee aromas. Sweet and seductive tannins caress the classic finish. Stylish wine from an era almost forgotten.

1928 vintage - still alive and well. Very beautiful for 87 years old!

2 weeks after the first sip with Coravin the wine now is tremendously more beautiful! Overwhelming bouquet off red fruit mixed with grilled meat. I love it and I like Coravin

En Magnum, joli vin pour ce millésime challenge à Bordeaux. Très souple à l'attaque tanins soyeux manque un peu de longueur mais très élégant dans son apogée aujourd'hui.
