2019 vintage. I had very little experience with Durfort-Vivens before, but today's tasting was extraordinary. The grand vin 2019 is stunning, concentrated and elegant at the same time, with an incredible purity of fruit, and haute couture tannins, culminating in a very long finish. 2021 vintage. Courtesy of @Neil Valenzuela Decanted and tasted after 1 hour. Light medium/medium body. Backing band and structure mainly there. Intro and middle of the song catchy. Last third/finish will round into form in the next 7-8 years. Pretty introduction as we speak. Def beyond above-average producer that strives for (leaner) balance.
