Plum flowers and herbs on the nose. Mouthfeel has some serious weight and texture. This is a big-boy wine and would be better with the right food. Only reason I wouldn't rate it higher is it lacks the freshness/acidity I would expect from a Provençal rose. Finishes a bit heavy.

Deeply colored, the palate and nose is especially expressive. If ruby grapefruit, peach blossom were a thing, this would be it. Deep and complex, with energy, weight, and a hint of spice, it finishes clean and long, plenty of good acids buried in the '15 weight.

Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee. Fabulous ethereal floral nose gives way to peach and mineral notes, then a wallop of a finish with no discernible heat. Glorious, an example of what a great rosé can do.
