2011, taste of Shauny's pour at L'etiole. Slight funky barnyard brett nose, first taste is a weird, exotic, funky tropical fruit, but that quickly disappears to leave a long lingering fruity sweetness. Learned about noble rot tonight!

Deep golden hue. Honey, apricot, peach/stone fruit. Very sweet, slightly syrupy. Not a bad Sauternes. Enjoyed drinking this and interested in finding a good food pairing.
