Alternate white wine bottling from Chateau De Simone. Very southern france savory white wine profile. butterscotch, apricot, white tea, chamomile, some light honey and jam notes. Zero fruit presence for me on this wine, a mix of profile and age perhaps. Fun to try but not particularly delicious. Still need to open their flagship white bottling
