First Delectable post, so we're starting it off with one of our own! 2011 Ridgecrest Pinot Noir from our flagship Ribbon Ridge vineyard site. Tasting GREAT but will continue to age beautifully with deep black fruit, rustic earthiness, currant, & spice notes.

Dark cherry on the nose.. light bodied. Still a bit acidic. Could age awhile longer. Bottle #1 of a '11, '12, '13 vertical.

Super good Pinot noir from Oregon! Lots of dark fruit and mineral/land tastes. Had a strong alcohol to it as well - only reason I didn't rate it a 9.5
