Cahors Merlot

Ohhh Kermit

Wild/rustic boysenberry, smoke, spice, minerality, charcoal, garrigue, menthol, soft tannins and balancing acid. Kermit Lynch does it again, always finds a prime example. Steak a little big for it, but working.

Ripe black and red berries. Plum, slight touch of spices, mushroomy rustic forest floor. 80% Malbec and the rest Merlot.

Aging nicely

9/2020. Another nice wine imported from France by Kermit Lynch. Malbec & Merlot (80/20). Nice medium bodied wine that is very drinkable.

Nice Malbec, earthy but rough.
Air fleshes it out. Much better with time.
Tannins are Present. In abundance.
