Decanted for about an hour. Delightful nose of bacon fat, garrigue and red fruits. Not nearly as expressive on the palate. Firm tannins still. Great with Cassoulet. Short finish. Very nice

Evolved nicely over 2h in decanter but the alcohol was too much and kept this out of balance and continually stomped out the fruit earth and other scents that wanted to dance.
