As easy sipping of a Cabernet Sauvignon as I’ve ever had. It trades complexity for glou glou with just a slight hint of tannin.

Wishing a meaningful Passover to any of my followers that are observing the holiday.

I'm always happy when I drink this. The nose is so warm. Hard to decipher fruit under the smell of oatmeal. It smells like a bowl of oatmeal, specifically the apple cinnamon Quaker oatmeal. Smells great on a freezing night. Tastes great, too. Dark berries and plums with toothy tannins. Pairs well with spaghetti and Italian sausage, which is not approved by my Jewish friends.

Fantastic. The oak is so minimal, so tasteful. They've been making wine in Galilee for a few millennia, so I'm not surprised this is fantastic.
