Look, we are so blessed with brilliant friends and the best of the best in wines. I was rocked by this. No doubt that this is perfection. Nose is exuberant and complex. Lovely texture on the palette that builds and expands. Toast, treacle, coffee vie for your attention. Sublime...

Another great St. Helena 2102 Cabernet. This wine has a ton of black fruit up front, however balanced with hints of fall spices of anise, nutmeg and clove. The tannins are bold but balanced well out by the big fruit flavors and soft French oak allowing for a finish to last to forever.
