Dry on the palate and fruity, with blackberries, raspberries, wood, licorice, earth, spices, peppercorn, smoke, chocolates, tobacco and light green vegetables.
Nice finish with round tannins and tangy cranberries.
This inexpensive California Cabernet is well balanced with mild complexity. Good by itself or with food. A good sipping wine and nice for parties, too.
Good right out of the bottle and better after an hour in a decanter.
Enjoyable when lightly chilled.
