Nose is Mossy, wet leaves, vanilla/cinnamon, cherry, plum & hint of potting soil. Tastes of cherry, earthy soil/stone & vanilla. I would love to drink this every day.

Peppery nose. Muted red fruit smooth tannins. Well balanced. Rustic elegance. Perfect for lamb stew. Very good!
