Oct 19th, 2025A little past it’s best but still interesting. Light orange in flavor. Not much fizz. Peach, marmalade, a whiff of ginger cake. There’s a little sizzle of acidity on the end palate. Certainly this bottle is on its final stretch but as always with old champagne, it’s fascinating.
