Seems a little to simple for the money - sorry. Spicy nose. In the glass cranberry mostly, some spice, hint of blueberry, overly acidic - lacks complexity and tastes like 20 bucks but was 60$????!. The new thing in Burgundy seems to „Premier Cru“ lesser vineyards like in Maranges to be able to sell the wine at a „semi affordable price“. (Out of the roughly 200 total hectares in the appellation, about 86 hectares are dedicated to Premier Cru production - really?). Someone should call this bs what it is! What a waste of money. May be in certain years they are good - but this bottle is not one of them. A disappointment.
