2008 Belluard Ayse Brut Zero. Jancis Grapes recounts it can't get you drunk unless you leave the dinner table to get some air and then your legs go out. So gingery and leaner than I recall. This is Belluard not only saving this grape but proving it kicks ass. White flowers indeed.
