2010-'the cousins'. Same vineyard, same farming same cellar. Half the price. And youthfully delicious.

A baby at 5 years old! It took an hour for this tight bottle to give up anything besides refreshment. The class is there, but perhaps not the concentration.

Precision defined. Great stuff.

15 year old Chablis? Yes please. I was shocked at how fresh this still was. Only a hint of honey and a slightly darker color than I would have expected the current vintage to be. With that said the honey was there with some soft apple and minerality for days. This was a great wine with dinner.

Dauvissat ON POINT. Insane honey beeswax. Official secondary delight. Really goddamn impressed.

Incredibly saline ( a good thing). Lime and stone. A bit austere at the moment.
