Took 30 min to open up. Opens with a fanstastic florality with white and yellow flowers in full bloom – almost reminds me of a condrieu – but also a strong flinty minerality that creates structure and tension even in the nose. On the palate, lemon comes forward more along with some wood notes. Full bodied but with lively acidity that makes it downright thirst quenching. Long finish focused on pithy lemon fruit with a citrus blossom undertone. Cool!
