A solid purchase from I.Cauble's Sommselect, I've had a chance to try a couple of these wines, but this is singing in every way you want a young Chablis to do, so indicative of the classic '14 vintage.

I am not sure if it was bad pairing from my side ... it was a good chablis but no big wows all very subtle.. I was expecting stronger acidity and minerality
