2022 vintage. This is the white Étincelle ( Pays d'Oc) from La Clapière. Grenache Gris (40%), Gros Manseng (23%), Grenache Blanc (22%), and Viognier (15%). White stone fruit ( plums, peaches), flowers and a hint of fresh rosemary. Quite powerful, with the Gros Manseng acidity keeping the balance. Very good length too. Not exactly an aperitif white.
