Fleur de Savagnin 2011(Ouillé) Dominant character on the nose is floral, white flowers, mineral lemon, very light notes of white peach & almond. Palate is bone dry with zesty grapefruit and stone/saline drying character, saps at the palate from the off but has a mineral weight with high acidity. (V good food match - cheese & escargot)

2011 - One of the freshest Savagnin of Jura, there is like a little salinity touch, with just a very slight nutty touch of oxydation - purity is key in this wine made by another brilliant biodynamic estate founded in 1991, thanks to the founders Evelyne and Pascal Clairet 😃

2011 - Rich creamy, spiced pear and peach, vanilla with touches of mace and a wonderful mineral character. Rich but with a very snappy acidic bite that adds citrus fruit to the mix.
