Le Cailleret Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

Lovely. Not as tense and coiled as I remembered it, but in a pretty place currently.

Bright alive really delicious.

Flint, wax an white flowers. Oak is nicely integrated. Lingering acidity.

V good.

Beautiful depth with a high acid ending

Beautiful white gold color in the glass. Very nice hints of green apples and citrus on the nose. Light to medium bodied wine with tastes of buttered popcorn, green apples, lemons and a slight hint of spice. Luscious acidity tells me this wine has a very long life. Pairs very nicely with my Chilean Sea Bass tonight.

Sharp linearity, rocky acidity, good depth with pleasing apricot and caramel. Beautiful.

I think needs a couple more years...expecting more complexity.
