Crisp, lovely dry style Chenin, biodynamic producer. Like a lot

This is a delicious and luscious every day white. Yellow Apple skins, lemon zest, and a slight brine with a full mouthfeel.

Dry, beautiful

Big honeysuckle, fresh honeydew melon, toasted brioche with a caramlized top all on the nose. Vibrant and fresh palate of apple and young pear with a very long and mineral finish with plenty of residual fruit. Excellent.

Crisp, hints of green apple, damp- wet wool, lingering in flavor. Perfect for a warm summer day.

Beautiful aromatics, lush and crisp at the same time, acidity for days, gorgeous with our scallop dumplings and curried crab tacos.
