Mont de Milieu Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Nose opening bright critic acid. Crisp, bright. Pure, but simple.

Palate driven. Great ripeness and breadth but never top-heavy. Loads of juicy yellow fruit and subtle spices, leesy roundess. Complex and integrated.

Citrus, earth, minerals. Great with oysters and definitely a great purchase.

Pale yellow. Really enjoyable. Refreshing and great acidity. Good fruit. Not much of the minerality I was expecting. Not a complaint though.
