Saumur Blanc Chenin Blanc

Maturing, rich. Needs a bit of air & food.

A bit macerated comes off as sweet, but the markers for textbook chenin are clear.

Honeyed, lemon oil, lanolin, long and rich 🔥👌

my first proper Collier beyond a taste. a little tight and bright. maybe drinking too young

Consistently fantastic.

Lights-out good. It's rare we finish a bottle on a weeknight but this went down like water.

Darn tasty. Green apples and honey, a nice combo I say. Clean, crisp and a few yrs of age wouldn’t take anything away from it.
