Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Fruity, not complicated. Nice drinking. Light and pleasant.

Pale ruby in color. Perfume of fresh strawberries and white pepper on the nose. Palate is lush with raspberries and finishes with a touch of shitake mushrooms. Incredibly fresh and juicy in a wonderful way. Good balance of acid to ensure its not too dry. Smooth tannins with a decent finish carried by the acid.
