Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay

Nice sharp oakiness with acidity. Not as great as I remember but a solid wine and good start to dinner

Following a very elegant Olivier Laflaive - this wine boomed with depth structure and acidity to really finish strong against dessert. Somewhat toasty. Very good body. Missing some fruit elements and complexity but a good wine to kill the night
