Surprisingly excellent wine from Temecula CA.
Good smoothness and fruit with minimal oak treatment. Some depth and savory notes.
Paired well with the Iranian food for dinner. — 16 days ago
This wine hits with massive brightness and blueberry flavors. But it also has excellent acidity to avoid it being sweet or fruit bomb like.
Pretty good with some age on it. — a month ago
On the older side. Little raisin flavor but overall still good wine. — 4 days ago
A little dark with a bit of tar but man does this pair well with steak and show some good black fruits. — 11 days ago
Broken cork. Not surprised for 23 year old wine.
Pleasant aromas but muted. Not as expressive as expected.
Generally smooth and tasting like it’s going over the hill. Missing structure and depth.
But still generally a good wine. — 21 days ago
Dense and tannic. Needs some time to open up with air.

First taste is good but less expressive than expected. More notes to come as it breathes — 8 days ago
Very vanilla and oaky.
Must have a good sales person and distributor in sandy springs Atlanta as it was featured on two restaurant menus.
Good fruit and oak. A little weak on depth and intensity to round it out. Good wine but left a bit shy — 16 days ago
Fitting name for this wine as it definitely tastes “big”. Fairly round and robust flavor profile. Very good drying tannins.
Does not taste 20 yrs old but that’s a good thing as it still has freshness. — a month ago
