Golden, medium body with substantial oak but not as much as Meursault used to AXE Body Spray everything with. Thank whomever for the Reformation. Emphasis on drinkability with spicy, appled oak and B+ acidity. Moovin und groovin (k)noow without elbows, shoulders and knees. Absolutely beyond p*ssed that Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne jumped the pricing shark 2-3 years ago. The silver lining is that it has forced old farts (raises both hands) entrenched in their ways to reevaluate/taste overlooked/undervalued both white and red Burgundy efforts in order to restore semi-affordable Burgage on menus/lists. 6.23.26.
