Impeccable. Citrus explosion on the nose. Palate is mineral-driven, with freshly squeezed limes, and a hint of lanolin. The acidity helps generate a sense of urgency on the mid-palate, coupled with a cold steel note. Wonderful with ceviche - The Fulton at Jean Georges.
